Effective Time Management

This half day course helps participants to develop essential time management skills. Participants will gain an understanding of how they can maximise their own potential and the potential of others through effective time management. They will go on to examine the positive impact that effective time management has upon the organisation for which they work.

The course will help participants to focus on the following issues:

  • The meaning of time management and self-management
  • The positive impact that effective time management has upon the individual, their work-life balance, their roles, and the organisation to which they belong
  • Roles, responsibilities and priorities
  • Workload and priority scheduling
  • Time management theory and resultant practice
