Cancellation Policy for Public Courses at Heath House

If 15 full working days notice is given, cancellation is free of charge and payments will be refunded in full. If less than 15 working days notice is given, but more than ten working days notice, then you are liable for 50% of the course cost. If 10 working days notice or less is given then you will be liable for the full amount. Cancellations must be made 15 full working days before the date of the course if they are to be classified as falling within the free cancellation period. Cancellations made on the fifteenth working day are considered to be outside the free cancellation period. The day of the course does not count as one of the working days. All cancellations must be made by email. The date and time of the email will be taken to be the date and time of the cancellation.

Working days are based upon Staffordshire schools working days. Holiday periods do not count as working days.

Cancellation Policy for In-house Training and Consultancy provided at the clients own venue

The notice periods take the first course or consultancy date to be the contract start date. If 35 working days notice is given before the contract start date, cancellation is free of charge and payments will be refunded in full. If less than 35 working days but more than 25 working days notice is given, then you are liable for 50% of the total contract value. If less than 25 working days notice is given then you are liable for the full contracted amount. All cancellations must be made by email. The date of the email will be taken to be the date of the cancellation.  Working days are based upon Staffordshire school working days. Holiday periods do not count as working days.

Cancellation Policy for Conference Customers

If 10 working days notice is given, cancellation is free of charge and payments will be refunded in full. If less than 10 working days but more than 4 working days notice is given, then you are liable for 50% of the total fee + VAT. If less than four working days notice is given you are liable for the full amount.
